Contact the Waupaca County Clerk of Circuit Court at 811 Harding Street, Waupaca, WI 54981, or 715-258-6460 for filed complaints, docket documents, judgments, and certified court copies. Sheriff-created reports and county booking records go to the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Records Division, 1402 E. Royalton Street, Waupaca, WI 54981. - State criminal history: order through the Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Information Bureau and WORCS.
- Police incident report: contact the city police department or other agency that wrote it.
- Current county custody: check the sheriff’s inmate PDF or call the jail at 715-258-4466.
- Wisconsin prison or supervision status: use WI DOC Persons in Our Care or contact the appropriate DOC office.
- Sex offender information: use the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry operated by WI DOC.
- Expungement: obtain case information from the court that sentenced the defendant; Wis. Stat. § 973.015 is narrow and generally requires a decision at sentencing.
